Returns & Exchanges
We want you to move confidently in what you wear. If a piece isn't right, we'll make it right.
The window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene liner intact. Please try pieces on over your own underwear. We inspect every return, and items showing signs of wear, laundering, makeup, deodorant, or fragrance cannot be accepted.
What we can't accept
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
- Items without original tags or an intact hygiene liner
- Gift cards
- Pieces marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
How to start a return
Email customercare@bebaronial.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll respond within one business day with instructions and a return label.
Return shipping
Returns within the UAE are complimentary — we cover the cost of collection. For international orders, a flat AED 25 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. For UAE exchanges, we also cover the cost of sending your new size out to you.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refunded.
Exchanges
Sizing is the most common reason for a return, so we keep exchanges simple. Request your preferred size when you email us. If it's unavailable, we'll issue a full refund instead.
If something arrives faulty or incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs — no return fee applies. This sits alongside your rights under UAE consumer protection law, which are unaffected by anything in this policy.
International orders
We accept returns from outside the UAE within the same 14-day window. A flat AED 25 covers return shipping and is deducted from your refund. Duties and taxes paid at import are not refundable by us; you may be able to reclaim these through your local customs authority.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered fulfilment we can't change it, but you're welcome to return it under this policy.
